In automatic operation level 3 (operated by the driver in emergency), smartphone operation is allowed.
TV viewing is OK, eating lunch and preparing papers are gray, sleeping is NG.
It is aiming for commercialization in 2020 (next year!).
The Google have to enhace the accuracy of the Google map navigation.
